We currently ship to all major cities and regions across the UAE, including but not limited to:

- Al Ain
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sales, promotions, or high-order volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–3 business days
- Abu Dhabi, Al Ain: 2–4 business days
- Other Emirates / remote areas: 3–6 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier delays
- Incorrect shipping information
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order size.
Standard Shipping
- Shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.
Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotions, or minimum purchase amounts.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number or shipping confirmation message (if applicable), allowing you to track your order status.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once if you are unavailable at the time of delivery.
Please ensure:
- Your shipping address is correct
- Your phone number is active and reachable
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Incomplete address details
- Wrong contact number
Please review your details carefully before placing an order.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Customs or government inspections (if applicable)
- Natural events or circumstances beyond our control
If your shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
9. Damaged Package
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the package and product
We will review the issue and provide assistance accordingly.
10. Cash on Delivery (Optional)
If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available:
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- COD may not be available in some remote areas
